Union Corners developer Todd McGrath has applied to the
city for permission to tear down Kohl's supermarket, CE's bar
and all the Rayovac buildings EXCEPT the three-story portion
of the French Battery building that faces onto Winnebago Street.

The city Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on the
demolition request NEXT MONDAY OCTOBER 4, 6:00 PM, in
Room 201, City-County Building.

This public hearing is on the demolition request only.

This is not a rezoning hearing.

Another public hearing would be required before anything new
would be built on the site.
