Description:

1.) Application for Class A (take-out) liquor license to sell beer: Joanne Bajwa of the Corner Store, 901 Williamson, has applied for a license to sell packaged beer. We will discuss this application at the beginning of the meeting, starting at 6:30 pm.

2.) Redevelopment of 1025-27 Williamson St.: Michael Matty has purchased this property and is in the midst of rehabilitating the fire-damaged two-flat at 1025 for sale as condos. He also plans to construct a new building on the vacant half of the parcel. This building would contain 3-4 condominium units. We will begin this part of the meeting after we have concluded the discussion about the Corner Store, but no sooner than 7:00 pm.
